Jimena Landa was a Business Research and Development intern at SputnikATX. She moved to Austin, Texas from Monterrey, Mexico at the age of 12 and lived here until she moved to California to attend college. She studies at Claremont McKenna College where she studies Economics and International Relations. On campus, Jimena is part of the Model United Nations team which is currently ranked #5 in the U.S, and is also the director of interactive events, a role in which she plans weekly events for a community of 1,300 students. Prior to Sputnik, Jimena attended the 41st session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva as a representative of the Mexican mission. Jimena is passionate about exploring new cultures, whether it be food, beliefs, or simply interacting with people from all over the world.
